Despite the word "ICE" and the picture, we're not suggesting you put cold stuff on your phone.
What we do recommend is that you add an address book entry on your phone, with the name of ICE: this stands for "In Case of Emergency", so, should you be involved in an accident the emergency services know easily and rapidly who they should contact.
There's nothing to stop you having an "ICE-1" and an "ICE-2" (and so on).
The more people who do this, the more useful it becomes, so please - use and pass on the idea.
