This App turns the mobile phone into an extension of your office switch or PBX.
The mobile phone user makes calls in the usual way, dialling manually, from the phone book or from the phone's call log. The software then sets up a call via the office switchboard to the destination, which means that the user can benefit from all the features of the PBX directly from their mobile device.
The app is combined with the mobile optimiser app for call cost reduction and works "transparently", which means that the user does not have to change their ways of using their phones, but the company benefits from both enhanced features and call cost reduction.
It is very simple to set up your presence status using a user-friendly interface. This means that colleagues know if you are not available, and, if that is the case, when you expect to be available again. This feature also enables you to access other features such as call forwarding, signing in and out of groups, etc.
The app works on the following mobile "platforms": Android, iPhone, Windows Mobile, Blackberry and Symbian. It is also available as a web application, using the Amazon EC2 Cloud Computing services, so you can make calls as if you were using the normal dialler.
