Setting up an account takes less than a minute, and making a transfer even less time. If the person you want to send money to doesn't have an account, just have the system send them an SMS inviting them to create an account free of charge.
Once you both have accounts, payments are pretty much instantaneous. The system can be set to notify the recipient by SMS of your payment, otherwise they can check their balance either online or through a simple phone call.
Pay somebody once, and they become part of your buddy list, making repeat transfers even faster.
The system can be configured to meet your requirements as the distributor, with your choice of settings: is there a cost, for example, to create an account, or to pay into it, or to make a transfer, or to take money out. If you want a fee per transfer, you can set various levels according to value.
