Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. You can check the contents of your shopping basket at any time, and make adjustments to quantities and products selected. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as payment using Paypal. You can pay securely online or you can chose to send your credit card information via phone, fax, or snail mail. We recommend that you do not send your card details by email. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When a confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We make a flat rate charge for postage and packaging of £1.65 within the UK (£1.40 plus 17.5% VAT). This rate stays the same, regardless of size of order, effectively offering a discount to customers who purchase more than 1 item.

Our postage charges for despatch elsewhere in the European Union, or to a number of other countries, are a reflection of real postage charges, plus the cost of packaging and labelling. We do not aim to make a profit on our postal charges.
Delivery Schedule We will normally despatch your order to you within 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. Please note that we have some orders despatched direct from the supplier, for example, in the case of Vega holsters.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or elsewhere in the European Union, 17.5% VAT is included in the prices quoted online. Orders from outside the European Union are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Secure Trading or Paypal, who process our transactions for us. Neither of these organisations tell us details such as credit/debit card numbers, etc.

Your card details are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. Please note that we cannot normally refund SIM cards once they have been broken out of their retaining card.
