Save money when visiting Thailand with this pay as you go SIM card which comes with airtime worth about £0.70, which buys about 7 minutes of local talk time. There is NO cost to receive phone calls while in Thailand. Calls to local numbers are about GB£0.11 and calls "back home" are also much less expensive than using your mobile phone abroad.

It is free to receive SMS and costs around GB£0.05 to send them to other Thai mobiles, and around GB£0.14 to international ones.

NB: you must have an unlocked phone to use this Thailand prepaid SIM card. We offer SIM free phones, specially selected for their suitability for international travel.

Your AIS 1-2-Call SIM card activates when you make your first outbound call in Thailand. After you have made your first call from your Thai pay as you go SIM card, you also will be able to receive incoming calls.

Your Thai phone number is 9 digits long and is indicated below the barcode on the AIS 1-2-Call SIM card pack. It starts with 07.

Customer service can be reached by calling 1175 toll-free using your Thai prepaid SIM card.

Topping Up: You can purchase 1-2-Call top up vouchers for your Thai prepaid SIM card at one of the many AIS outlets. To top up, dial *120* followed by the top up voucher code, then # (with no spaces), and press CALL (or "send" on some phones).

You can check your account balance by calling *121#

For friends to call you, your number will start +66 (for Thailand) and the 8 digits of your Thai SIM card's telephone number, leaving out the leading 0 . To make an international call, dial either 00 or the "+" symbol and the country code (e.g. 44 for the UK) followed by the area code (minus the leading "0") and the phone number.
