Save money when visiting Slovakia with this pay as you go SIM card which comes with airtime worth 300SKK, approximately GB£5 / €8, which buys around 20 minutes of local talk time. There is NO cost to receive phone calls while in Slovakia and calls to both local numbers and "back home" are much less expensive than using your mobile phone abroad.

It is free to receive SMS and costs 3.40 SKK to send them to other Slovakian mobiles, and 4.80 SKK to send to international ones.

NB: you must have an unlocked phone to use this Slovakian prepaid SIM card. We offer SIM free phones, specially selected for their suitability for international travel.

Your SIM card activates when you make your first outbound call in Slovakia. Once your pay as you go SIM card is activated, you will also be able to receive incoming calls.

Your Slovakian phone number is the 9-digit number indicated on the information package and appears as “Tel. cisco Phone no.” which starts with 0910 and is indicated below the barcode.

Customer service can be reached by calling 421249551111 using your Slovakian prepaid SIM card.

Topping Up: You can obtain top up vouchers at one of the many authorised Slovakian Eurotel outlets to top up your Slovakian prepaid SIM card. Once you have done that, send a text message saying DOBI to the number 50, along with 14-digit coupon code (for example: 5012345678911234 (where 12345678911234 stands for the top up voucher code).

You can check your account balance by calling call 12351 and choose option 5. You will receive an SMS after your call with your remaining account balance

For friends to call you, your number will start +421 (for Slovakia) 910 - and the other digits of your Slovakian SIM telephone number . To make an international call, dial either 00 or the "+" symbol and the country code (e.g. 44 for the UK) followed by the area code (minus the leading "0") and the phone number.
