Datamatrix code

Also known as a "tag" or "flashcode", a Datamatrix code is a 2-dimensional or 2D barcode which can be read by a mobile phone with its inbuilt camera, using software which is either pre-installed or can be downloaded.

Using our back office portal with its datamatrix generator, you can produce datamatrix barcodes for a variety of applications, such as linking to a website, or multimedia content like videos, photos, music, and even mobile phone functions, such as contact details for the user's address book, ring tones, preparing a text message with pre-inserted text and destination phone number.
