SIM Free Mobile Phones Orate's Mobile Phone Program Why you may need a new phone Your existing phone may only operate on the "traditional" GSM 900 frequency, whereas all the phones we have selected are either dual band - meaning that they will work on the GSM 900 and GSM 1800 frequencies (or, as a variation, on the gsm 900 and - North American - GSM 1900 frequencies) - or even tri band, so that they work on all three bands: 900, 1800 and 1900. SIM-free phones We supply "SIM FREE" phones so that they will work with the SIM cards that Orate offers. Good price deals We cannot match the subsidised prices offered by many high street shops. But we do not tie you into a 12 month contract with line rental charges - and we do not supply you with phones which are SIM locked (to prevent them being used on other networks! ). By avoiding high roaming costs, you can very quickly recoup the cost of a new phone - and you probably deserve a new one, anyway!
