Activating your service

 

• Be sure that the battery on your phone is charged
• Insert the “Start Talking” SIM into your mobile phone
• Turn on your phone
• Dial 778 to receive your phone number

Adding talk time

Airtime vouchers may be purchased in denominations of $10 (approx £6.50 or €11), $20 (approx £13 or €21.50), $50 (approx £33 or €54) and $100 (approx £66 or €108), at all PacBell or Cingular dealers in the California/Nevada region.

The $10 voucher has a validity period of 30 days while the other denominations are valid up to 180 days.

After purchasing a voucher simply dial #777, from your mobile handset and follow the instructions after selecting: “Refilling your account” from the voice prompt.

Service Life

You must refill your account within the 14-day period following the service expiration date of your last refill card. Unless you refill it, normal service will be suspended during this 14 day period and will only function to place calls to refill your account, customer care and 911 (emergency).

After the 14 day period your service will be discontinued and your mobile phone number will be reassigned.
