Activating your service
  • Make sure the battery on your phone is charged
  • Put the Natel SIM card into your mobile phone
  • Turn on your phone and enter the 4 digit PIN code
  • You will automatically be credited for 80CHF (approximately £32 or €52) of talk time
  • Start calling
Adding talk time

Recharging (prepayment) is possible at any time by means of a Value Card, available at kiosks, post offices and all Swisscom Shops in values of: CHF 20, 50 and 100 (approximately £8 or €13; £20 or €32.50; and £40 or €65 respectively). Then follow these simple instructions:

  • Rub off the security strip on the Value Card to reveal a 14 digit code.
  • Dial "*123" followed by the 14 digit code and the send (talk) button
  • A short time later you will receive an SMS  (text message) on your mobile phone display to indicate that it has been recharged. 

Alternatively an application form has been included with your “Natel Easy” kit to register to recharge using your credit card. To apply, complete the form and send it in.

Service Life

The “Natel easy” SIM will continue to operate as long as there is any charge remaining on the SIM. If your remaining talk time reaches 0 you will only be able to dial recharge numbers via a Value Card or credit card.
