Just purchase a "Top-Up Card" from any M1 Shop, M1 Shop Concessionaire or Selected Authorised Distributor. 

You can choose between the S$28 (£10.50 / €17) or the S$48 (£18 / €29) Top Up Card. 

Call the toll-free "Balance & Top-Up" number at 9760 0000 from your mobile phone using The M Card, when in Singapore.  Follow the voice instructions and key in the Serial Number and PIN of the Top-Up Card. You will be advised of the new credit balance in your M Card upon a successful top-up.

The M Card has an expiry date, which is indicated on the Welcome Kit.  You should make your first outgoing call before this date. When you do so, the expiry date will be changed to 6 months from your first call. 

One week before the expiry date, you will hear announcements reminding you of the approaching expiry date when you receive incoming calls.

The call credits that are preloaded in The M Card can be used anytime before the expiry date.  After the expiry date, you will no longer be able to use The M Card and all unused credits cannot be recovered.

You should top-up the call credits in The M Card when your credit balance is low or when the expiry date is near.

After you top up your M Card, the expiry date will be extended to 6 months from the date of your top-up.
