Activating your service

Adding talk time

Additional talk time may be added by purchasing vouchers at any shop or petrol station displaying the  logo. To redeem your voucher simply call 321 from your cell phone:

  • Press 9 to upgrade
  • Enter the 15 digit voucher code
  • Press #

Alternatively, you can simply dial 321 and pay by credit card or debit card.

There are no validity periods for vouchers purchased by the customer after the initial registration of free talk time, which is valid for 30 days.

International Rates
The called party will be charged for all international calls originating from a Hi Prepay mobile phone. You, the caller, will be charged for the domestic rate per minute to the Dutch border.

Service Life
Your pre-paid service will be discontinued 13 months after all of credited talk time has been consumed.
