Please note that this is NOT refundable and any remaining balance will expire after 30 days from your first outgoing or incoming call. Please refer to the display on your mobile phone for your remaining credit. Some mobile phones do not immediately display the remaining credit on the screen. If this should happen, please refer to your mobile phone manual on how to retrieve the remaining credit. The remaining credit displayed on your mobile phone is only an estimate. The DiGi Prepaid Plus billing system is the reference for all charges incurred on your prepaid SIM card. Please note that your prepaid SIM card can no longer be used when the credit is zero, and calls will be interrupted without warning when the credit reaches zero. To avoid call interruption, you will receive a warning notice via SMS (text message) from DiGi. We strongly advise that you reload your Prepaid Plus SIM card before the remaining credit is depleted. Service Life The SIM cards expiry date is typically one year from the date of release. Once activated, the airtime credit is valid for 30 days from the date of activation after which all incoming / outgoing calls will be barred unless topped up / reloaded with new credits. Any unused credit from the previous period will be carried forward. All activated SIM cards that are not topped up / reloaded for a continuous period of 1 year will be purged from the system.
