Push button release raises top, which becomes the back support for the XDA. When the two outer sections are eased outwards, the centre section pops up, to provide a keyboard that has a typing surface almost the same as the letters area of a PC keyboard. Driver files provided on a CD.

Weighs only 203g. Measures 147 x 95 x 15mm stowed away, opens to almost 250mm wide: the letter keys are a generous 13mm wide (similar to standard PC keyboard!) with a 3mm gap between them. Supplied in its own supple travelling case with suede-type finish interior.
