Activating your service

• Be sure that the battery is charged

• Put the E-plus SIM card into your mobile phone

• Turn on your phone and enter the PIN code

• You will automatically be credited DM25 of Talk Time

• Start calling

Adding talk time

Additional talk time may be added by purchasing vouchers at any shop or petrol station displaying the �logo. The automated instructions to redeem your voucher will be spoken in German, however the basic translation is provided below:

Enter the 16 digit code from the Free & Easy voucher

Press 1 to confirm, and hang up

Your account will be credited within 15 minutes

Alternatively, you can purchase DM 100 worth of talk time using your credit card:

Enter the expiry date of the credit card in MMYY format and press #

A voice will tell you in German that your account has been topped up

“Free and Easy” vouchers purchased in the amounts of DM25, DM 50 and DM100+ are valid for 6, 12 and 24 months respectively. (These are worth �12.78, �25.56 and �51.13 respectively, or approximately �8.30, �16.65� and �33 respectively.)

If you recharge before the expiry date, all call credit will be moved forward.
