VIPme vouchers can be bought in VIP centres, at post offices, and at VIP partners. A VIPme voucher can be bought in two values: 100 kn and 200 kn. A VIPme voucher of 100 kn has a 90 day validity, whereas the 200 kn voucher has a validity of 180 days.

After a 90 day validity period (100 kn voucher), or 180 days (200 kn voucher) validity period, you will have an additional 90 days left, this is the so-called “grace period” during which time you are able to recharge your account with a new VIPme voucher by calling the customer service centre. If you do not top up during these 90 days, your VIPme account will be closed. You will have to buy a new VIPme SIM card, and you will loose the money left on your account.
