Program Proximus Pay & Go GSM 900 Whats Included
Attention! You will find these PIN and PUK codes on the cover around your Pay & GO card when you buy it. So dont throw it away! (In fact, this cover contains a lot more information than just the codes.) Switching TariffsWhen you buy your Pay & GO SIM card, the default pricing plan is the regular or Original plan. To switch:
1 for Original 2 for Night & Weekend 3 for AnyTIme You can change as many times as you wish. You can change free of charge up to three times per year the year starts when you make the first call. As from the fourth change within the same year, you will be charged BEF 250 (approx £4 or 6) for each additional change. Adding talk timeTo reload your Pay & GO SIM card, you can choose between one of the three Pay & GO reload cards: 500, 995 or 1990 Belgian Francs worth approx £4.80 or 12.40, approx £15.30 or 24.66, and approx £30.60 or 49.33 respectively. The BEF 1990 card actually contains BEF 2190 worth of calling credit, a bonus of BEF 200, which is 4.96 or approximately £3. Each of the cards has a different value, but all have a validity period of 1 year. Adding call credit to your Pay & GO SIM card is done in a cumulative way. In other words: the value of the reload card you bought is added to the remaining value of your present card. Hence you do not lose any call credit when you reload before the expiry of your card. You can, however, not reload indefinitely as there is a limit of BEF 10,000 (247.89 or approx £153). Its all very easy: just top up whenever you want! In order to help you, Pay & GO will keep you informed automatically if your credit is less than BEF 200 (4.95 or approx £3) and / or the validity period for outgoing calls is less than 5 days. From that moment on, a voice message will advise you with each call you make. When you hear a beep during a telephone conversation, this means that your time is almost exhausted. You then have 30 seconds to finish your call. Also take into account that you can only reload once per day and that you cannot reload on the day when you make your fist call with your card. There is an exception: if you reload using a Bancontact / Mister Cash ATM machine or a Belgacom public telephone, you will be able to reload more than once per day. If youre too late with reloading, your Pay & GO SIM card will be deactivated. This means that you will lose your call number as well as any remaining credit. If you still want to keep using Pay & GO, you will therefore have to start from scratch with a new Pay & GO SIM card, and with a new call number. Domestic Rates Original
Night & Weekend
When you buy your Pay & GO SIM card, its validity is set to 1 year, starting when you first use your card to call someone. This means that you have a full year to use up your calling credit i.e. to make calls as well as to receive calls, and to top up. If you wish to use your card longer than one year and retain your telephone number, you should top up your card before the end of its validity period. For this, you need one of the top up cards, which also have a validity of 1 year. What does that mean? When you top up your Pay & GO SIM card for BEF 500, BEF 995, BEF 1990, the validity of your card will be reset to 1 year.
