About Us Orate ltd was established in 1998 to act as consultants to telecoms companies and rapidly
established a client base that ranged from Ireland in the West to Russia in the East.
Clients have included both landline telecoms companies ("Telcos") as well as mobile network
operators ("MNOs", and virtual mobile network operators ("MVNOs") and resellers.
The company has also been responsible for the design of software, particularly in the mobile
arena, working on solutions related to roaming.
We also provide some retail services, such as the provision of UK phone numbers and
associated virtual switchboards.
Recently, we used our IT skills & interest in cycling to start and operate a
cycling news website.
